TITLE XII. OF THE TERRITORIAL COLLECTIVITIES
Article 119
The law determines the fundamental principles of the free administration of the territorial collectivities, of their competences and their resources.
Article 120
The Territorial Collectivities are the regions and the communes.
Article 121
The other territorial collectivities are created and suppressed by the Law.
